NHS Health Check Resource LibraryThis growing library of documents has been provided to help commissioners and providers share and locate relevant resources and information on vascular checks-type programmes.
The resources available are those that have been sent to NHS Diabetes and Kidney Care and/or the Department of Health with the intention that they be shared with a wider audience, and/ or those already in the public domain, largely via links to other websites.
The types of resources include relevant guidelines, strategies and protocols, training resources and presentations, communications materials, examples of Local Enhanced Schemes and service specifications, reports, research papers and anything in between.
