Notice [23/02/2017]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and/or Quarter 2 2016-17 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Bath and North East Somerset, Cornwall, Derby, Hertfordshire, North Lincolnshire, North Somerset, Oldham, Redbridge, Southwark, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent, Wiltshire, Windsor and Maidenhead. Whilst changes to national totals are relatively small (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables. The CSV file has been updated accordingly.

(*) Q1-2016-17 England number of offered appointments was increased by 3,238 (+0.5%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 711 (+0.2%).
(*) Q2-2016-17 England number of offered appointments was increased by 2,187 (+0.3%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 1,282 (+0.4%).
