Work is on-going with a number of local authorities to test various invitation letters based on behavioural insights principles. It is hoped to an invitation letter template can then be developed once empirical data has demonstrated its effectiveness. This research will take some time to carry out but in the meantime you can develop your own by referring to the presentations from the NHS Health Check National Conference in February 2014.
