Invitation for Abstracts now open NHS Conference 2017

The Getting Serious About Prevention 2017: Improving Cardiovascular Health Together conference will take place on Thursday 9 February 2017 in Manchester. 

Abstract submissions are now invited for potential poster or oral presentation at the conference.We welcome submissions from all partners including local authorities, third sector, academics, NHS and service provider organisations to share knowledge, learning and innovation from a project or evaluation undertaken on the NHS Health Check programme.

Abstracts should clearly demonstrate how they link to the NHS Health Check programme and include reported outcomes or details of any planned evaluation.  Please visit the conference website for details about online submission and for the full list of themes. The deadline for submissions is Friday 30 September 2016.
