British Heart Foundation (BHF) has opened a second round of grant funding to support our blood pressure activity at a local/regional community level.

This follows a successful first round of funding, with the aim of supporting development, testing and implementation of innovative community based approaches that improve detection of high blood pressure across the UK.

The BHF is inviting organisations that meet the key eligibility criteria as outlined in the Briefing Document to attend a Briefing Event to learn more about this opportunity.

Please note that in order to be eligible to apply for these awards, a representative from the applicant organisation is required to attend one of the Briefing Events.

Please see invitation letter for further details.

If you have any questions please contact grants@bhf.org.uk
