NHS Health Check at the Health and Care Innovation Expo 2017

Making the most of prevention opportunities: NHS RightCare Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Pathway and the NHS Health Check

Public Health England is coordinating a pop-up university session at the 2017 Health and Care Innovation Expo, taking place in Manchester on 11 and 12 September.

The session takes place at 16:00 on 11 September and will explore the prevention opportunities and relationship between NHS RightCare's Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Pathway and the NHS Health Check programme. The workshop will introduce the RightCare pathway and emerging evidence for NHS Health Checks, and consider how the programmes can contribute to other initiatives such as Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships.
