Statistical release: NHS Health Check 1 April-30 June 2013 (Quarter one)
Public Health England will publish data on offers and uptake of the NHS Health Check on Wednesday 4 September at 09:30. This is the first data release since responsibility for the programme moved to local authorities in April 2013. 


Based on returns from 152 upper tier and unitary authorities, statistics will be presented at local authority and England levels on:
• number of people eligible
• number of offers made
• number of NHS Health Checks taken up
• percentage of the eligible population who have taken up the offer 

Quarter one returns will be available here at www.healthcheck.nhs.uk

What is it?

We're delighted to be visiting York Hospital foyer to start conversations on Thursday 7th February between 10am - 4pm. York Mind staff and volunteers will be available to chat to about mental health services in York and help you find out more about our charity, and signpost to other helpful organisations in the area.

York Hospital foyer, walkway next to Costa Coffee (Main Reception).
