How to access published NHS Health Check Official Statistics

Since September 2019, NHS Health Check activity data is published on the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities’ (OHID) Fingertips tool

Fingertips is an online platform that provides easy access to in-depth analysis of a wide range of health and health related data in thematic profiles. Fingertips has been designed to support Joint Strategic Needs Assessments and commissioning to improve health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities. With these profiles you can:

Local authorities collect information on the number of NHS Health Checks offered and the number of NHS Health Checks received each quarter and return this data to OHID. The data is analysed and published on Fingertips as Official Statistics by OHID.

Local authorities should submit their quarterly data on offers and completed checks via the data portal as per the published schedule.
